FAQ
Email sending questions
What happens if I send more than my plan?
Transactional plans keep sending and the extra emails are billed per 1,000 at your plan's rate on your next invoice. Marketing plans pause campaigns at the monthly limit until you upgrade or the month resets.
Can I use it for cold email or bought lists?
No. Only send to people who asked to hear from you. Bought lists and cold outreach damage delivery for everyone, so accounts that send them are suspended.
Can I use my business email mailbox for newsletters instead?
Mailboxes have a daily sending limit and are meant for person-to-person mail. Newsletters belong on email marketing, which handles unsubscribes and protects your mailbox's reputation.
Do you have a free plan?
Yes. Transactional includes 3,000 emails a month free and marketing includes 500 contacts free, so you can test before you pay.
